Whoopsie was made by Ideal between 1978 and 1981.  She is 13 inches tall with an all vinyl body that is foam filled.  Whoopsie has blonde rooted hair and blue hand painted eyes.  She is a very different little doll with a neat trick that probably drove Mom and Dad crazy!  When you press her tummy, she makes a whistle sound the kinda sounds like “whoopsie” and her little pigtails fly up.  Just Adorable!  This doll is in very good condition and is wearing her original one piece sun suit.  Whoopsie was sold always as a barefoot doll.  For added fun, here is a link to the commercial on Whoopsie that come out in 1979.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8Y0h6KI4Vg
