This very cute little girl is Star Spangled Sweetheart by Susan Wakeen for Danbury Mint.  She is about 17 inches tall with a porcelain head and 3/4 length porcelain limbs on a cloth body.  Star Spangled Sweetheart  is wearing her original outfit in a very patriotic theme.  She comes to you with her teddy and flag but does not have her original box.
