Twinkling Thumbelina was made by Tyco in 1991.  She is about 17 inches long with a vinyl head and ¾ length vinyl limbs on a cloth body.  When 2 “C” batteries are installed, she wiggles just like the Ideal Thumbelina dolls and the lights on her little headband lights up.  Thumbelina is wearing her original romper with her Pamper’s diaper.  This doll originally came with a rattle also, but this little gal has misplaced hers and she also wears replaced socks that match her original outfit perfectly.  We have tested this doll, and she does work properly.
